Humans are an emotive species, often sharing their reactions to daily events through texts with friends/family, posts on social media with strangers, or quietly documenting them in personal diaries. 

This exhibition was made up of selected drawings, which embodied emotional responses to moments from the past year. Instead of using words to express thoughts about new information or lived experiences; Pira had chosen to communicate her feelings through line, colour & texture.  

Like journal entries, each image is a random signpost of reflection; a meandering journey of observation illustrated by the artist’s head and heart.
